Tiffani currently works as a Sr. Business Analyst for PointClear Solutions providing comprehensive business consultation to business units and IT management on all phases of the software development lifecycle and client delivery model. Throughout her career she has led the deployment of strategy and execution of priorities in product development, implementation, account management, quality assurance and support. Over the years Tiffani has worked with a wide variety of healthcare solutions including, but not limited to, tools that support case consultation, care management, patient payments, treatment fee presentations, electronic dental and electronic medical records. Jessica Fowler is an Application Analyst at Baptist Health System. As a member of the Ambulatory Solutions team, she has led practice management implementations, EHR software upgrades, and designed and created custom solutions for physician workflow, administrative reporting, and payer initiatives. Jessica holds Master of Science degrees in Health Informatics and in Health Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Blane Travis is a clinical systems builder with Infirmary Health System. There he is a part of the inpatient clinical documentation team aiding in the support, build and customization of electronic health record software focusing on clinical end user documentation, clinical decision support, CMS reporting and various other clinical workflow procedures administered electronically. He currently holds a bachelors of science in healthcare informatics with a minor in information systems from the University of South Alabama.

As the director of provider innovation strategies, Adele Allison monitors healthcare reform for DST System’s health solutions division, a leading provider of health IT solutions for payers, providers and pharmacies dedicated to improving the delivery and administration of healthcare in terms of clinical, financial and patient health outcomes.
Having served as the co-chair of the ONC Beacon-EHR Vendor Affinity Group and a current project leader for HHS’ Workgroup for Electronic Data Interchange (WEDI) ACO taskforce and a member of WEDI’s bundled payment workgroup, Allison has over 25 years of healthcare experience and has been the guest speaker at dozens of national events, sharing her expertise on health IT, federal legislation/policymaking, healthcare reform and many other topics.
A published author, Allison is a member of the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) advisory board on curriculum development and serves on UAB’s HITECH Committee for health IT curriculum development; and, is a member of the board of directors for Alabama HIMSS, serving as the Professional Development Chair.

Mr. Willis has been employed by Huntsville Hospital Health System in Huntsville, AL for the past seven years in the Information Technology department. Currently, he serves as an IT Manager and is responsible for Business and Financial Applications. He is a PMI certified program manager and has held numerous leadership positions within the military, hospital and consulting industries. Mr. Willis has been an active member of the Alabama Chapter of HIMSS since 2011 and has served and the sponsorship chair since 2014.

Ms. Wilson has served on the AL HIMSS Board since 2006 in various positions, including President. She has over 20 years of experience in HIT, and has worked for Ascension for over 16 years with a focus on program and project management.
Kitty Cathcart, Membership Co-Chair
Kitty is the Clinical Liaison for the Huntsville Hospital IT Department. In addition to functioning as the liaison, she is the project manager for many of the projects that affect the hospital clinicians. Kitty's background is a registered nurse. Her nursing journey includes intensive care, surgery, clinical education and management experience.
Kitty also served as a volunteer with the Alabama National Guard as the North Alabama Liaison for the Family Readiness Groups and the State Office. This position fuctioned to coordinate family preparedness for their solider deployments collaborating with the families, soldiers and various state organizations.
Currently Kitty holds the position of Membership Co-Chair for the Alabama HIMSS Chapter. She has also served as Past President and Project Chair for several terms. Kitty has also served as Past President for Operating Room Nurses Association.

Mr. Daniels has been a HIMSS member since 2008, and has served on the AL HIMSS board since 2013. He has been in healthcare IT for over 15 years, and is a systems analyst, administrator and implementation lead.

Dr. Chris Davis, Executive Advisor
CIO/CMIO, Baptist Health System
Dr. Davis was promoted to Chief Information Officer / Chief Medical Informatics Officer of Baptist Health System in 2014, after serving as Chief Medical Informatics Officer since 2012. In this role, Dr. Davis has provided comprehensive, strategic IT oversight and clinical leadership in the ongoing development and advancement of clinical systems and technology for the System’s four hospitals, and primary care and specialty care clinic network. He has served in a leadership role in the implementation of electronic medical records with the Epic Electronic Health Records (EHR) system, which works to maintain patient safety and encourage compliance with organizational best practices.
He received his medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, where he also completed his residency in Emergency Medicine. Following his residency, he practiced as an emergency physician in the Emergency Trauma Center at St. John’s Health System, Springfield, Mo. He holds a master’s degree in Medical Informatics from Northwestern University. Dr. Davis is board certified in Emergency Medicine and Clinical Informatics and is a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians, and most recently has been recognized by CHIME as a Certified Healthcare CIO.
Eddy Stephens, Executive Advisor

As an information technology executive with over 35 years of experience, Mr. Stephens brings valuable insight to health information technology projects. He is responsible for leading the use of all information technology capabilities and resources within a growing network of hospitals, clinics, and healthcare related facilities, to include telecommunications and biomedical electronics. His tenure at Infirmary Health System has been one of progressively responsible management in an integrated healthcare system. His experience includes strategic planning, emerging technologies, systems life cycle management, and extensive knowledge of health care technology vendors and their roles. Mr. Stephens has a proven track record of bridging the communication gap that so often exists between information technology professionals and other professionals within the organization. Mr. Stephens is a Fellow in HIMSS, a member of CHIME and active in many civic organizations.
Mark Lauteren, Executive Advisor

Mark Lauteren has been the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the University of South Alabama (USA) Health System since April 2013. At USA Health System Mr. Lauteren oversees all of the IS functions for the USA Medical Center, USA Children’s and Women’s Hospital, the USA Mitchell Cancer Institute and the USA Health Services Foundation Mr. Lauteren earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and his Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from San Diego State University.
Mr. Lauteren is a member of the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME), as well as a member of the Healthcare Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS). Mr. Lauteren is currently serving on the Alabama HIMSS board.

Mr. Etheridge currently serves as the Chief Information Officer for Cullman Regional Medical Center in Cullman, Alabama. He holds an Executive MBA from Davenport University and is an experienced IT leader in the healthcare, government, and non-profit sectors. He is a champion and advocate within several veterans, adults with disabilities, and inclusion and diversity organizations. His professional passions are talent development, continuous improvement, and bringing together the ideas and experiences of people and allowing them to collide into an explosive energy of cooperation, creativity and innovation.
