SPEAKER BIO: Andrew Burnett currently serves as Senator Richard Shelby’s (R-Ala.) Legislative Assistant, where he manages the Senator’s priorities within the Labor, Health and Human Services, Education, and Related Agencies Appropriations Subcommittee. He also works on healthcare issues as they relate to the Defense Appropriations Subcommittee and the State, Foreign Operations, and Related Programs Appropriations Subcommittee, and he is Senator Shelby’s Health Policy Advisor on all authorizing healthcare legislation.
